As a JAE, you will be responsible for different aspects of journal operations that leads to production of articles on scheduled deadlines.
The Copy Editors ensure that articles and eBooks are free of errors, easy to read and conform to the publication's style. Copy editors need a passion for writing, a sharp eye for detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
The Peer-Review Assistant is involved in every aspect of the editorial process, such as from screening submissions, to prepare the manuscripts for Peer-Review, to deal with authors, reviewers and Editors for rapid completion of Peer-Review process.
The e-Book production Assistant will be involved in handling all operations involved in eBook publication, including initial evaluation, Peer-Review, production, distribution, content management, and archiving.
You will be responsible for sending timely invoices to the customers and resolving customers' queries regarding payments and other financial related issues.
You will be responsible for facilitating the recruitment process and for maintaining the employees related databases such as payrolls, attendance details etc.
Responsible for website developing, coding, fixing errors, creating user friendly website.
You should act as the ongoing voice interface to deal with the authors and other client issues. You should accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep knowledge of publication process and system.
