Author Guidelines

1. e-Book/Chapter Submission-
For all online submissions, the complete e-Book/chapter(s) must be provided in the form of a single zipped folder containing soft copies of all the materials such as main text in MS word, figures/illustrations, tables, and equations as separate files.
A PDF version of the entire e-Book/chapter must also be included, embedded with all the figures/illustrations/tables/chemical structures etc. in the correct location.

2. e-Book language
The e-Book must be written in English (American or U.K. spelling), in a clear, direct and active style. All pages must be numbered sequentially, facilitating in the reviewing and editing of the e-Book/chapter. Authors from non-English speaking countries should collaborate with English speaking colleagues. Alternatively, for English language and grammatical corrections, editors/authors may also seek assistance from Peertechz Language Editing Services by sending a mail to: [email protected]

3. Initial Proof-reading
It is imperative that before submission, authors should carefully proofread the e-Book/chapter content files for special characters, mathematical symbols, Greek letters, equations, tables, references and images, to ensure that they appear in proper order and format.

4. ISBN and Creative Commons:
All e-Books will be published under Creative Commons (CC-BY) 4.0 license. Also all the published eBooks will be provided with ISBN and DOI.

5. Structure of e-Book: 
The authors should give extra attention to the structure of the e-Book. The e-Book should be arranged in following manner:
i. Title page
ii. Authors details (indicating corresponding author with an asterisk)
iii. Abstract
iv. Keywords
v. Introduction
vi. Materials and methods
vii. Results
viii. Discussion
ix. Conclusion
x. Acknowledgements
xi. References
xii. Figures with legends
xiii. Tables with legends.

Illustration:

[Manuscript content should be in Times New Roman 10 normal with 1.5 line spacing, Left-Right Alignment, side and sub headings with bold].
Text of the references should be in square brackets, e.g. [1,2], for multiple references e.g., [1, 5-8] and figures/tables are in round brackets, e.g. (Figure 1), (Table 1)]

6. e-Books Processing Charges: 
The e-Book processing charges becomes a necessity because all the e-Books are published in Open Access mode and implies that the readers can access the e-Books without any restriction and subscription charges. The Open Access mode allows the scientific community to view, download, and distribute e-Books, provided that the original work is properly cited, under the term of "Creative Commons Attribution License". Therefore, in order to continue and sustain in online publishing of e-Books, processing charges are the only support. The contributions solicited from the authors are also used in collaboration services and promotions which ultimately helps in increasing the visualization of the published e-Books. Therefore, in order to continue and sustain in online publishing of e-Books with ethics and stability, processing charges are the only support.
The e-Book publication charges only includes the charges required for extensive peer-review, at least 2-3 proof-reading, colour effects, Cover preparation, ISBN assignment, DOI activation and maintenance of the e-Books online.  Publication charges assist in production and editorial costs. It also helps in preparing HTML and PDF versions of e-Books.

Please note that there are no charges for submission of e-Books and final publication.
