Scilit is a comprehensive, free database for scientists using a new method to collate data and indexing scientific material. Our crawlers extract the latest data from CrossRef and PubMed on a daily basis. This means that newly published articles are added to Scilit immediately.

We have reached an agreement with J-Gate to archive our published articles. J-Gate is an electronic gateway to global e-journal literature. J-Gate provides seamless access to millions of journal articles available online Peertechz maintains and facilitates a complete, accurate digital version of articles. The current format standards are XML and PDF; with all published content being retained in both formats.

The growing interest in the ICI Journals Master List database, the number of applications and the number of journals which had not met the criteria required for the indexation, have inspired us to create a global database of scientific journals the ICI World of Journals. The ICI Journals Master List remains the indexing database of scientific journals which have undergone the process of multiparametric evaluation.

The Open Archives Initiative Protocol for Metadata Harvesting (OAI-PMH) is a low-barrier mechanism for repository interoperability. Data Providers are repositories that expose structured metadata via OAI-PMH. Service Providers then make OAI-PMH service requests to harvest that metadata. OAI-PMH is a set of six verbs or services that are invoked within HTTP.

A growing number of libraries participate in Portico as part of their digital preservation strategy, and we enjoy widespread support among the scholarly publishing community.

A group of editors and publishers of scholarly journals met during the Annual Meeting of the American Society for Cell Biology (ASCB) in San Francisco, CA, on December 16, 2012 to improve the ways in which the output of scientific research is evaluated by funding agencies, academic institutions, and other parties. The group developed a set of recommendations, referred to as the San Francisco Declaration on Research Assessment (DORA).

Peertechz is one of the signatory of DORA to indicate our support to address an imperative issue that scientific output is measured accurately and evaluated wisely.

Peertechz is committed to make strong links with the international community with the help of CrossRef Metadata Search. We have collaborated with CrossRef to provide DOI for the published articles with us. The DOI provided by CrossRef allows the users to search across the almost 50 million CrossRef Metadata records for journal articles and conference proceedings.

This valuable collaboration helps to assess broad range of infrastructure and services offered by CrossRef that specifically support scholarly content and make research outputs easy to find, cite, link, assess, and re-use.

With this facility, authors can ensure they have sufficiently cited their sources and presented the highest quality written work.
